It provides pulsating compression at each step, thus increasing blood circulation and reducing swelling and soreness.
The AirHeel is equipped with two interconnected air chambers located under the arch of the foot and at the back of the Achilles tendon. When you take a step, the first air chamber (under the arch) starts to collapse which reduces the load on the plantar fascia. Air is forced into the chamber surrounding the Achilles tendon. The inflated chamber’s compression of the Achilles tendon shortens the lever which reduces the load on the tendon.
