1. Terms of purchase
Prices are in Swedish kronor and include the applicable VAT, 25%. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in VAT or major changes in purchase prices. We reserve the right to make price errors.
We accept most debit and credit cards. Visa or Mastercard & American Express. Card payments are made via Klarna.
All can be invoiced and there is no extra charge. The credit limit is checked after a credit check. The goods can only be sent to the registered address. The credit period is 30 days. We work with Klarna.
Instalment: You can pay in instalments for 24 months. The minimum amount to be paid per month is SEK 50 or 1/24th of the remaining debt. A newspaper fee of SEK 29 per month will be added.
For businesses or public sector entities that do not want to use Klarna:
If you as a business customer want to order something from our website and do not want to use Klarna, it is good if you send a detailed email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What we need is the company number, contact person, billing address, any reference codes, recipient codes or similar, delivery address, article number and quantity. If you work in a municipality or public entity that requires e-invoicing, please send the correct GLN number as well.
3. delivery time
We pack our web pages every day except for public holidays and Sundays. Usually you have the package after 3 – 5 days. This applies to items that are in stock (so check the stock status of your product). Items that are marked as made-to-order are sent as soon as we receive them from the supplier. The delay is usually around 10 days. We will contact you if there is a longer delivery time than that. If you are in a hurry with the package, please contact us at email@example.com
Discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we contact the customer.
We will send you a confirmation and information as soon as we receive the order. Feel free to check the spam folder in your email if you haven’t received it a few minutes after placing your order. Otherwise, contact us to check that your order has gone through.
5. delay in delivery
If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase in case of a significant delay in delivery.
Shipping is added with 69:- (incl. VAT) regardless of product and quantity up to a purchase amount of 500 SEK incl. VAT. Over 500 SEK incl. VAT is free shipping (applies to standard shipping: Package 2-3 days). Daytime home delivery is also available at a cost of €248.75 (€179.75 if the free shipping limit is reached).
7. open purchase / right of withdrawal
You have a full right of return for 14 days. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, send the item back, well packaged, together with a copy of the delivery note/invoice. Note whether you want another item or a refund. You have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Only applies to unused goods in unbroken packaging. Skin-friendly products are not exchanged. Exceptions to the right to exchange apply to special sales campaigns, such as Black Friday, where you do not have an open purchase.
The goods must be returned in their consumer packaging with delivery to us at Hantverksvägen 7, 436 34 Askim (NB! we do not pick up at terminals or agents). Do not return parcels by cash on delivery (not triggered by us). Unclaimed parcels will be charged with 150 SEK. Keep in mind that parcels at agents are kept for 14 days!
As soon as we have recovered the goods, your money will be refunded.
Göran Sjödén Rehabshop AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act in case of complaints. This means that we undertake to replace faulty or broken products at no extra cost. Remember not to deliver packages with visible defects that may have affected the condition of the goods you ordered.
