Flat-knit compression
Flat-knit compression stockings are mainly used in the treatment of lymphedema and lipedema. Flat-knit stockings have a lower elasticity than regular, so-called circular-knit compression stockings. This gives them more wall stability, which makes it easier to stabilize edema. Circular-knit compression stockings are mainly used in venous insufficiency and when improved circulation is needed.
