Compex SPORT is a series of muscle stimulators for those who exercise regularly and want to take their training one step further and increase their muscle mass. Also used for pain relief and recovery. The number of programs increases the more advanced the product you choose. MI-SCAN
This function adapts the current strength to each individual’s physiology. Just before stimulation, the MI-scan examines the selected muscle group and automatically adjusts the parameters of the stimulator. Therefore, you should perform the MI-scan measurement at each stimulation to ensure optimal efficacy and comfort. The function is made concrete at the beginning of the program through a short measurement sequence. Throughout the test, it is important to remain still and completely relaxed. Once the test has been completed, the program can begin.
MI-AUTORANGE
The MI-autorange function serves the same purpose as MI-range, except that everything is done automatically in this case. At the beginning of the program, by pressing the up button on the multifunction button once, you can have the device automatically increase the stimulation intensities until it detects the ideal intensity level. The MI-autorange function is turned off by pressing the down button on the multifunction button. The device then switches to manual mode and the intensities must be managed by the user.
MI-TENS
The MI-tens function limits unwanted muscle contractions in painful areas. With each increase in intensity, there is a test phase and if a muscle contraction is detected, the device automatically reduces the intensity of the stimulation. This function is only available in the TENS, Epicondylitis and Tendinitis programs.
MI-ACTION
The MI-action function allows an electro-induced contraction to be initiated by voluntary action. Thus, the electro-induced action is fully controlled, the muscle work is more comfortable, thorough and complete. At the end of each active resting phase, a beep is heard from the stimulator. From this point on, it is possible to initiate a voluntary muscle contraction.
If no voluntary muscle contraction has occurred after a certain period of time, the device will pause automatically.
